Established as Medimove India LLP, and later changed to PEAAR Healthtech LLP, the company was established in 2020 with the goal of manufacturing wheelchairs in India. Our initial research showed us that at the time, wheelchairs were not being made in India and were either being imported in whole or parts assembled here, but we didn’t have a 100% Made In India Wheelchairs. After a lot of research and investments and learning from the users, we developed a Made In India product where every part and component was either made in-house or sourced from local manufacturers leading to 100% Made In India wheelchairs.
